RAKSHI ships across Pakistan from our facility in Karachi. Every order is prepared, packed, and dispatched with the same care described in our brand guidelines — carried, delivered, kept.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or peak seasons (Eid, wedding season), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

3. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee applies to all domestic orders, calculated at checkout. Orders above a set value qualify for free standard shipping within Pakistan — the current threshold is displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner's website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in select cities. A verification call or SMS may be required before dispatch for COD orders above a certain value.
6. Delays & Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact our support team at info@rakshi.com.pk , and we will investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. RAKSHI is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
